Service Description

A mixed level class. Each practice encouraging a smooth steady rhythm of breath and movement. An invigorating practice. Come along and enjoy time for yourself on your mat.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending your booked class, we will accept a cancellation request up to 1 day prior to the scheduled class. If you are unable to attend but do not cancel in time, no refund will be issued.
