Each asana (posture) is maintained for a slightly extended period, allowing for a more in-depth examination of the posture and improved flexibility. Come along and enjoy time for yourself on your mat.

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending your booked class, we will accept a cancellation request up to 1 day prior to the scheduled class. If you are unable to attend but do not cancel in time, no refund will be issued.
