In 2018 I undertook my 200 Hour Yoga Alliance training. I feel humbled and privileged to share my love for the practice with my students without judgement, with compassion and integrity. I am Vinyasa Flow trained with my background influences from Ashtanga, Dharma and Bikram. I continue to learn and explore by participating in continued professional development, some of my CPD hours include, Restorative yoga, Rocket yoga, Oncology yoga and Level 4 Cancer exercise specialist training. I have spent my life participating, exploring and enjoying a wide range of ways to move and care for the body and mind through nutrition, sports, dance and importantly Yoga. I’m a perpetual Yoga student and teacher, marathon runner, sportive cyclist, squash player and BANT Registered Nutritionist® - with a keen interest in, and influence from Ayurveda.
